First Serve Cincinnati is a small chapter with its headquarters in Bellevue, Kentucky under the direction of Hallie Hundemer-Booth. There are twenty members in the Chapter, opening November 7, 2007.

First Serve Cincinnati meets twice a week at Bellevue High School and incorporates Tutoring for school work for the first hour, First Serve Curriculum for the Second hour and Tennis instruction at the Roger Klein Courts the third hour.
